1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sugandh Ink website (sugandhink.in) or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of order confirmation.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual fragrance character may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the natural origin of ingredients - this is a feature, not a defect.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp and confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Mumbai only). An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by us in writing (WhatsApp message).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued in such cases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within India and internationally to select countries. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. Please ensure correct and complete delivery address is provided at time of order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Opened fragrance products cannot be returned due to hygiene and the subjective nature of scent. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Shipping Policy for complete details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, photography, fragrance names, formulas, and brand identity - is the intellectual property of Sugandh Ink and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
