When you place an order via WhatsApp, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. When you visit our website, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Your information is used solely to: process and deliver your orders; send you the newsletter (if subscribed); respond to your enquiries; and improve our website. We do not use your data for profiling, targeted advertising, or any automated decision-making.
3. Data Sharing
We share your delivery address with our courier partners solely for the purpose of delivery. We share your email with our email service provider solely for newsletter delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.
4. Data Retention
Order records are retained for 3 years for accounting and legal compliance. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. WhatsApp conversations are retained for 12 months for customer service reference.
